The discharge door is a double door flat open/2 fold flat push/cover type. Each discharge door is equipped with an independent control device to reduce faults and mitigate impacts. The control system has two operating modes: local and overall control. Normal unloading configuration: 1. Local switch box (with a panel equipped with a change-over switch and emergency stop button for local/master control selection). 2. Main control cabinet (located in the unloading door control room, equipped with power distribution facilities, transformers, and independent control devices for each door). The main control console of the discharge door is set in the garbage grab control room, with three operating modes: local, automatic, and remote, which can be freely selected. In order to make the garbage truck driver aware of the specific unloading location, one IP56 red and one green traffic signal light is installed above each unloading door.

The opening and closing process can be adjusted according to the performance curve, and can be self-locking in case of power failure due to certain reasons.
