Also clean the stains on the surface of the high-speed door frequently and wipe it with a soft and clean cotton cloth. If you encounter stubborn stains, try not to use hard objects to scratch them. This can easily cause scratches on the surface of the high-speed door. These stubborn stains can be removed with special cleaning agents.
2. If an abnormality occurs in the high-speed door, it can be predicted to a certain extent through regular diagnosis of the high-speed door, so that parts can be repaired in time, maintaining the normal operation of the high-speed door at a low cost, and preventing major failures of the high-speed door.
3. The aging of the high-speed door circuits and improper wire connection methods are the main hidden dangers of accidents. Therefore, if you want high-speed doors to be used safely, it is necessary to regularly check the accessories and safety devices. 4. Usually during the use of high-speed doors, users need to pay attention to keeping the high-speed doors as dry as possible. If there is a lot of water stains on the surface that cannot evaporate for a long time, you need to wipe it clean with a soft, clean dry cloth. In addition, it is also necessary to ensure that the surface of the high-speed door motor is clean to ensure that the air inlet is free of obstacles such as dust, fibers, etc.
5. Try not to use other items around the high-speed door, especially some highly corrosive volatile gases or liquids. Otherwise, the surface of the high-speed door equipment may be damaged, causing discoloration and separation problems on the surface of the material.
6. When using the high-speed door in daily life, be careful not to cause too much friction at the edges and corners, and check whether there are objects that may cause strong friction around it. If possible, try to remove it to prevent the edges of the high-speed door from wearing away, causing the surface to peel off.
7. If the thermal protection device of the high-speed door is activated continuously, you need to find out the cause of the fault, check whether the equipment is overloaded or the protection value is too low, and make appropriate adjustments according to the specific reasons. After the equipment failure is resolved, operation can be restarted.
8. If the high-speed door nuts, hinges, and screws are found to be loose, do not ignore them and tighten them in time to prevent problems such as falling, jamming, and abnormal vibration.
9. Check the motor and transmission chain frequently. If there is dust, remove it in time and add lubricating oil regularly.
10. Regularly check the high-speed door control box, mainly the internal components and wiring, and clean the dust accumulated in the box and on the surface.
11. The high-speed door manual switch must be checked regularly to ensure there is no problem, and the dirt on the button must be wiped clean. In addition, when checking the manual switch, you should check the operating status of the door and whether the door can move to the designated position. In addition, during the test, it is necessary to prevent the door body from hitting the top or bottom at high speed.
12. For the up and down stroke control switches, lubricating oil should be added to the slide rail regularly to prevent rust and inability to switch. Because high-frequency switching will increase friction and shorten the service life of the door body.
13. The electric switch and manual start switch should be checked every day to ensure that the door body can be raised and lowered by the manual switch when the automatic switch fails.
